Meet Rawan Bazzari
Hi, I’m Rawan—a Senior HR Leader and ILM® Certified Trainer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in building high-performing teams and transforming workplace cultures across the MENA region. My career has been defined by a passion for turning HR into a strategic powerhouse, having built departments from the ground up for major organizations like MBC Group (Shahid.net), Bluemina, and the Crown Prince Foundation.
I am a "people person" at my core, and I find my greatest professional fulfillment in sharing knowledge and bridging the gap between leadership vision and emerging talent. Whether I’m designing Al-driven HR frameworks, leading regional recruitment for tech hubs, or facilitating leadership workshops, my focus is always on upskilling and reskilling to ensure people—and organizations—reach their full potential.
Beyond the professional sphere, I am an avid reader and find peace and inspiration in gardening, which mirrors my professional philosophy: with the right environment, consistent care, and strategic growth, anything can flourish.
